Never too old to rock and roll, the two musical banditos are now exploding throughout the Southwest and currently working on a new CD. Billy Cioffi and The Monte Carlos have a live show that rivals anything on any nationwide circuit. The group is a high-energy and All-Americana rock band that is a mix of styles and sounds from three decades of deep experiences and soulful, down-right historical musical backgrounds.
