Location: Various locations through out the city Duration: 6-4-09 to 7-17-09 Description: The Contractor will be milling and overlaying asphalt at various locations
Lane closures at various time and locations; 157th between Lower Buckeye Rd. & Goodyear Ave.
Location: 173 Ave. and Yuma Rd. Duration: 6-25-09 and 7-29-09 Description: Left lane restriction on Yuma Rd. Contractor will be accessing manholes to pull wire.
Location: west bound curb lane restriction on W. Commerce Dr. west of S.166 th Ave. The west bound traffic will be diverted into the median lane. Duration: (6//29/09 to 7/10/09) 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Description: The contractor will be installing new underground utilities.
Location: Sidewalk & Bike Lane Restrictions on W. Elwood Rd. west of 166th Ave Duration: 6-08-09 to 7-08-09 Description: The contractor will be demolishing sidewalk and performing street improvements.
Location: The north bound curb lane will be restricted on Estrella Pkwy north of MC 85 to Elwood Rd.
Duration: (7/18/09 to 7/30/09)
Description: The contractor will be installing underground traffic interconnect Fiber optic conduit. The north bound curb lane will be restricted on Estrella Pkwy north of MC 85 to Elwood Rd.
Locations: Estrella Pkwy and Elliot Rd. Phase II: 6/29/09 to 7/17/09, west bound median lane of Estrella Pkwy at Elliot Rd. Duration: 6/08/09 to 7/30/09 the traffic control will be a 24 hours set up. *Contractor will have multiple restrictions at the following location:
Phase II: 6/29/09 to 7/17/09,west bound median lane of Estrella Pkwy at Elliot Rd. Description: Phase II: installation of a raised median,
Locations: Estrella Pkwy and Elliot Rd. Phase III: 7/20/09 to 7/31/09, north bound curb lane of Elliot Rd. from Estrella Pkwy to San Gabriel. Duration: 6/08/09 to 7/31/09 the traffic control will be a 24 hours set up. *Contractor will have multiple restrictions at the following location:
Phase III: 7/20/09 to 7/31/09, north bound curb lane of Elliot Rd. from Estrella Pkwy to San Gabriel.
Location: Goodyear Blvd and Wood Blvd Duration: 6-13-09 to 6-30-09 Description: The contractor will be closing Goodyear Blvd and Wood Blvd for the repair and sealing of the asphalt.
Location: Litchfield Rd. at the R/R tracks north of MC85 Duration: Additional Revised construction dates (6/29/09 and 7/01/09), original revised dates 6/16/09 to 6/19/09, (30 hours- 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) Description: The contractor will be completing the boring operation across Litchfield Rd. north of MC85 at the Rail Road tracks. The contractor will be using a shadow truck to restrict the individual north bound and south bound lanes of Litchfield Rd. during an under ground boring operation across Litchfield Rd. An Off Duty City of Goodyear Police Officer shall be present at all times during the construction work to facilitate and assist in the control and flow of the north bound and south bound traffic on Litchfield Rd. at the intersection of MC85.
Location: Litchfield and San Xavier Ave Duration: 6-29-09 and 6-30-09 Description: South bound right hand lane restriction on Litchfield at San Xavier Ave.
Location: Litchfield Rd. south bound lane south of Western Ave. in front of Lockhead Martin. Duration: (6/16/09 - 7/1/09) Description: The contractor will be removing and replacing the A-pole foundation in the center median of Litchfield Rd. south of Western Ave. for Lockhead Martin. The south bound median lane will be restricted and traffic will be diverted into the south bound curb lane.

Location: McDowell Rd. at Sarival East bound Median (2) two lanes. Duration: 6-29-09 and 7-1-09 Description: Contractor will close two median lanes on the east side of Sarival, to facilitate asphalt repairs on McDowell at Sarival.
Location: Palm Valley and McDowell Rd. Duration: 6-30-09 and 7-2-09 Description: Remove and Replace sidewalk and curb right hand east bound lane will be restricted.
Location: Palm Valley and McDowell Rd.Litchfield and Thomas Duration: 6-30-09 and 7-2-09 Description: Remove and Replace sidewalk and curb right hand east bound lane will be restricted.
Location: Palm Valley and Wilshire. Duration: 6-25-09 to 7-1-09 Description: Drilling Monitoring well South bound lane restrictions and sidewalk restrictions.
Location: 629 N. Sarival Duration: 6-29-09 and 7-3-09 Description: Work will be off the road on north bound Sarival Rd.just north of Van Buren.

Description: The contractor will be Crack filling roadway.
Location: Van Buren and Cotton Ln. Duration: 7-6-09 and 8-4-09 Description:Traffic signal work, work will be on the shoulder and in the curb lanes.

Van Buren between Estrella & Sarival
Location: Van Buren and Sarival Duration: 7-6-09 and 8-4-09 Description:Traffic signal work, work will be on the shoulder and in the curb lanes.
Location: SW corner Yuma and Cotton Ln. Duration: 7-6-09 and 7-10-09 Description: The contractor will beaccessing manholes and splicing wire. The contractor will be closing lanes to access manholes, traffic will be diverted.
Location: Sarival Market place on north west corner of W. Yuma Rd. and N. Sarival Ave. Duration: (7/6/09 to 8/6/09) Description: The sub contractor will be Exporting soils from the north west corner of W.Yuma Rd. and N.Sarival Ave. and importing to south west corner of N.156th Ave. and W. Roosevelt St. between the times of 8:30am - 4:00pm starting on 7/6/09. The route will be north on W. Yuma Rd., East on W.Van Buren St., North on N. 156th Ave. west on W. Roosevelt St. and back.
