Goodyear residents can enjoy free swim days

Goodyear, Ariz. (June 5, 2017) – With the searing summer heat descending upon the Valley, Goodyear residents have some free options to cool off. The Southwest Valley YMCA, 2919 N. Litchfield Road, in partnership with the city of Goodyear, hosts free ‘Community Days’. On each day, with proof of address, Goodyear residents can enjoy free use of the YMCA pool from noon to 4:30 p.m.

Free YMCA pool admission is offered on the following Saturdays:

  • June 17
  • July 15
  • July 29
  • Aug. 12
  • Aug. 26
  • Sept. 2

The Litchfield Park Kiwanis Club is also partnering with the city of Goodyear to offer a free day of swimming at the Goodyear Community Pool, 430 E. Loma Linda Blvd., on Saturday, July 8 from 1 – 6 p.m.
