Goodyear, Ariz. (Sept. 25, 2017)
–Mayor Georgia Lord and members of the City Council invite Goodyear residents to join them on Thursday, Oct. 19 from 8 to 10 a.m. at Enroute Coffee and Tea House, 15605 W. Roosevelt St.

Council Conversations, the new traveling community meeting, are a quarterly forum where residents can casually mingle with the City Council to dialogue.

“I’m thrilled about this new and exciting way for those of us on the Council to get out there and talk to people about what’s on their mind,” said Mayor Georgia Lord. “We really enjoy these opportunities to share information and ideas and we hope to see a great turnout from our residents and business partners.”

Held quarterly at various locations throughout the city of Goodyear, Council Conversations are intended to provide an opportunity for everyone working, living or operating a business in the city to share information, build community relationships and strengthen connections to the leaders that make decisions on city programs, services and policies.
