Doing Business in Goodyear

All business, including home businesses and Private Owners renting more than one property, within the City of Goodyear are required to apply for a Business Registration Permit. The annual permit fee is $75.

New Business Permit:

The New Business Registration Application Form can be used to register a new business, renew an existing business registration permit, or to report a new owner,  a name change or a location change.

First time Business Registration applicants, who are registering as an individual or sole proprietor, are also required to submit the Individual-Sole Proprietorship Form with its necessary supporting document (not required for renewals).

You also may need a state license from the State of Arizona Department of Revenue.

How to apply:

Download the proper form, fill it out, and return it via regular U.S. Mail or hand deliver along with the  $75.00 fee in cash, check, or money order to City Hall:
