Adult Water Aerobics

Stay COOL this summer by joining us for our adult water aerobics classes.  This low impact activity offers a variety of healthy opportunities including cardio, resistance, stretching, and fun.  No pre-registration is necessary, just drop in during any one of the nights the class is offered.  

Dates: June 3 through August 3, Monday through Wednesday and Saturday
Weekday Times: 7:15 to 8:15 p.m.
Saturday Times: 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Cost per class: $3 ($4 NR)

GlideFit CardioWave

CardioWave was developed to give class participants the most beneficial 1-hour workout in the floating fitness world, which combines the immense benefits of aquatics based stability training with the emphasis of building functional strength via high-intensity interval training. CardioWave burns more calories and efficiently improves strength, balance, and flexibility faster than land-based workouts. 

Dates: June 3 through August 3, Monday through Wednesday and Saturday
Weekday Times: 7:15 to 8:15 p.m.
Saturday Times: Level 1 - 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., Level 2 - 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Cost per class: $3 ($4 NR) Pre-registration is required in order to guarantee a spot. Drop-in is available the morning of unless all 12 spots are filled.
