Run or Walk to Compete, or for Healthy Fun

Registrations are now being taken online and in the Recreation Office for the 8th Annual Heart & Sole 5K Run/Walk & 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk presented by West Valley Hospital.  Heart & Sole starts and finishes inside the Goodyear Ballpark. (1933 S. Ballpark Way) Medals are awarded to the top three male and female in each age group, and trophies are awarded to the top male and female overall.  All participants receive a goody bag, and a t-shirt.  All finishers receive a ribbon.

Register before February 7 and receive $5 off.  Registrations will also be taken the day of the event.

·          5K - $25 ($20 before 2/7)

·          1 Mile - $20 ($15 before 2/7)

Online: Register Online  will open at 8:30am on December 3.
