Utility Service Start-Up

If you are moving to a residence south of I-10, the City of Goodyear provides your Water, and Sewer & Sanitation service.  

If you are moving to a residence north of I-10, the City of Goodyear provides ONLY your sanitation (trash) service. Liberty Water (formerly Litchfield Park Service Co., LPSCO) provides water and sewer service north of I-10. Their contact number is: 623-935-9367.

To establish an account with the City, please submit a Utility Application (link below) along with the required connection fees to the City of Goodyear.

Water & Sewer Connection Fees

There is a non-refundable turn-on/activation fee of $50.00 and a refundable deposit of $100.00 on water/sewer/sanitation accounts. The deposit will automatically be credited back to your account after one year of good payment history, or when service is discontinued and the balance is paid in full.

Please Note: There is an additional $50.00 charge for same day activation.

 

Trash Service

There is a required non-refundable $50.00 connection fee.

To Activate Your Account

Complete the online Utility Application which will be submitted to us directly. Payments of deposits and fees must be made with the online application by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Applications may also be faxed to 623-932-3003 or mailed to us at PO Box 5100, Goodyear, AZ 85338. Only those applications that are properly and fully completed will be accepted. To request an application by mail, please call the Finance Department at 623-932-3015.

If you are renting your residence, a copy of your rental agreement is required prior to service activation.

 

If you would like to sign up for service in person, please visit us at 190 N. Litchfield Road, on the southwest corner of Litchfield and Van Buren.

Please Note: Unless you have chosen to pay the same day activation fee, three 3 business days is required from date of submission for service to begin.
