The Public Works Department is one of the largest departments in the City of Goodyear. The Department manages water and wastewater service for areas of the City south of Interstate 10; water conservation initiatives; trash/bulk collection and recycling; street maintenance and repair; transportation; and equipment and facility maintenance.
