Credit and Debit Cards via Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
The City of Goodyear also accepts credit and debit card payments over the phone by calling 623-932-3015 (24 hours a day/7 days a week). We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa and debit cards displaying the Visa logo.
SurePay
For your convenience, the City of Goodyear offers SurePay, a free service that automatically deducts the bill payment from a checking or savings account each month. Customers continue to receive a monthly bill prior to the deduction date, which is the bill due date. Initial set up takes two (2) bill cycles before the automatic deductions begin.

City Hall is located on the southwest corner of Litchfield Road and Van Buren. For your convenience, APS is located in the front lobby at City Hall and takes the following payments: City of Goodyear (water and sanitation accounts), APS (electric), and Cox Cable payments. Their hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
