Neighborhood Meeting – Terrible's C-Store Use Permit

Purpose: This notice is to inform you that the City of Goodyear is considering an application from Tim Rasnake, Archicon, AAI, L.C., representing the property owner, requesting a Use Permit for a convenience use (convenience store with gas station) on property zoned C-2 General Commercial. You are invited to the meeting to discuss the project, ask questions, and express any comments or concerns you may have.

Request: The request is to facilitate the development of a Terrible's convenience store and gas station on the property, which does not include semi-truck fueling canopies or truck stop facilities.

Project Location: Southeast corner of W. Virginia Avenue and N. PebbleCreek Parkway.
