Neighborhood Meeting – Super Star Car Wash Use Permit

Purpose: This notice is to inform you that the City of Goodyear is considering an application from Madison Leake, Burch & Cracchiolo, P.A., representing the property owner, requesting a Use Permit for a convenience use (car wash) on an approximately 1.26-acre property zoned Planned Area Development (PAD), underlying General Commercial (C-2). You are invited to the meeting to discuss the project, ask questions, and express any comments or concerns you may have.

Request: The request is to facilitate the development of a Super Star Car Wash on the property.

Project Location: East of the southeast corner of N. 166th Avenue and W. Indian School Road.
