Purpose:

The city is currently reviewing a rezone application (P25-00068), submitted by Norris Design on behalf of RVG Lender LLC and WillRain 526 LLC, to rezone approximately 1,019.5 acres of land, located at the intersection of Rainbow Valley Road and Willis Road, bounded by Rainbow Valley Road to the east and Tuthill Road to the west, from Agricultural/ Urban (AU) and Planned Area Development (PAD) to PAD for a master planned community consisting of a mix residential and commercial uses. The applicant is holding this neighborhood meeting to provide the public the opportunity to learn about the project and provide input.
