Goodyear Comes Together During Difficult Times

Residents and business owners make and donate face coverings

Post Date:05/08/2020 10:55 AM

In March, after hearing that medical masks may be in short supply, Kathy Basaldua, owner of Haircutters in the Park in Goodyear, sprang into action. “I wanted to help out,” said Basaldua. Basaldua has donated over 200 face coverings. She’s even received monetary donations to help purchase fabric to keep her efforts going.
