A new sit down restaurant great for a special family gathering or a date night is coming to Goodyear's future urban downtown district. High Tide Seafood Bar & Grill specializes in fresh seafood that's flown in daily and steam kettle cooking. Guests can enjoy wine from the cellar stocked with 500 plus bottles and watch as the chef prepares their meal in jacketed steam kettles right in front of them!

"We want to exceed our guests' expectations," said High Tide Co-Owner Kim Glass. "We're very excited to be part of GSQ in Goodyear. It's going to be a good mix of everything."

“This announcement is huge, and we are very excited that High Tide has chosen Goodyear for its expansion to the West Valley,” said Mayor Joe Pizzillo. "Our residents have made it very clear that they want a variety of dining options, and High Tide has a reputation for providing a high-quality dining experience that is both delicious and memorable. Having grown up on the coast, I love fresh seafood, and I can’t wait to take my family to enjoy a meal at High Tide.”

"There aren't many places in the West Valley where you can have a nice seafood experience," said Mike Olsen, Globe Corporation Chief Financial Officer. "It will have a seafood bar, sushi and a great selection of wines. It really complements what we're doing with GSQ."

Globe Corporation is a family business that has owned the land located north of McDowell Road between Bullard Avenue and PebbleCreek Parkway since 1970 when it was a scallion farm. Eventually, the walkable urban center will be a destination for dining, entertainment and shopping.

High Tide will be on the southwest corner of McDowell Road and Goodyear Way, situated near other recently announced businesses coming to the highly anticipated GSQ area including The Stillery, Copper & Sage, The Yard Milkshake Bar, Shake Shake, F45 Training and Miyu Nails and Spa. It's expected to open in fall 2024.
