New FREE Payment Option!

As of February 22, 2025, customers can make development fee payments up to $2,000,000 using a new zero fee eCheck (ACH) payment method.
Credit card payments up to $75,000 will still be accepted, but the customer paid credit card service fee is increasing from 2.65% to 2.75%.

Our new permitting software Accela is up and running!

We have officially switched over to Accela Citizen Access for all Development Applications and Inspections.

You will need to create a new account within Accela Citizen Access to start new projects and access existing applications.
You can still access our Electronic Plan Review system (ProjectDox) here for existing applications.
