The City of Goodyear is going digital!

The project will allow electronic submittal of Planning & Zoning, Civil Engineering, and Building Safety applications through our new Development Center.

The Development Center will be the new means for customers to:

  • Submit applications
  • Respond to plan review comments
  • Find project information and statuses faster and easier

24/7, all from the comfort of your home or office.

Expected Launch

The projected launch of the electronic plan review is Spring 2020.

Be sure to check back here for more information and training materials as we get closer to launching the Development Center.
