All competitive solicitations are opened by the Office of Procurement on the date/time specified on the front cover of the solicitation, at City Hall, 190 N. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ.

Any bid not received within the time period allowed shall be rejected. All bids shall be opened in public at the time and place specified, and a tabulation of all bids received shall be posted in City Hall for public inspection.


A notice of solicitation for bids shall state the date, time and place of opening, and the place and time period within which bids shall be submitted. The City advertises formal solicitation in the SouthWest section of the Arizona Republic and all formal solicitations are placed on the City's website.


Vendors may turn in bid packets, or send via US Mail, FedEx, UPS or other common carrier to: 190 N. Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ  85338.

Goodyear will not be accepting electronic bid submittals at this time. All bids submitted must be in a sealed envelope clearly identified as a bid on the front of the envelope. If you have questions, please feel free to call the
