Incident Reporting Application
ITS recently deployed a new, internally developed application for tracking and processing all incident reports involving city property damage, city vehicle damage, and employee injuries. This new application was developed using state of the art technology and has replaced a time-consuming and error prone paper process. This has resulted in a much more efficient use of time and resources involved in processing incident reports.
Utility Services Application
A new system for Goodyear residents and businesses to apply for utility services was deployed in June 2015 in conjunction with a new internal system for processing incoming applications. These new systems help City of Goodyear Customer Service Representatives to securely process new applications for utility service in a much more timely manner by automating processes and securely capturing information. The new form for applying for Utility service can be found here.
Departments are replacing paper bulletin boards with digital displays to make more information and the most current information available to the public.
