Welcome to the Goodyear Police Department's Online Reporting Page.

If you are reporting a crime in progress, call 911 immediately. If you wish to report a crime that already occurred, in which a person was injured, threatened, or placed in danger, call the non-emergency police line at 623-932-1220.

You can now report the following crimes online, which must have occurred within the city of Goodyear: 

• Criminal damage
• Fraudulent use of credit card
• Graffiti
• Harassing phone calls
• Identity Theft
• Lost property less than $1,000
• Shoplifting
• Supplement report or property list
• Theft less than $10,000 total loss
• Vehicle Burglary
• To request Vacation Watch

Online reporting will NOT be utilized in the following circumstances:

  • If the incident is in-progress
  • Where there is evidence to be collected that could lead to the identity of the suspect
  • When someone is injured as a result of the incident
  • When the crime involves a threat of violence or the use of weapons, guns, knives, etc
  • When a theft involves a motor vehicle, firearm, or a license plate
  •  When an officer has arrived to handle the citizen request to file the initial police report
  • When the crime occurred outside of Goodyear Police Department jurisdiction
  • When the reporting party does not have an email address and will not be able to obtain a free email address (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.)
  • When the person suspected of committing the crime is known to the victim
  • When the victim believes they were a victim of a crime because of their race, religion, sexual orientation, handicap, ethnicity or national origin
  • When the crime is a theft and the victim believes the suspect entered their home, business or locked garage without their permission
