To request records, please click on the appropriate link below to submit a request.

PLEASE NOTE: Your request must be as specific as possible to avoid a delay in receiving your records. Include the address and date range of requested records.

Building Permits and Inspections can be viewed through the Accela online portal. The City does not issue Certificate of Occupancies for residential buildings, the final inspection is considered the Certificate of Occupancy.

An account is required to access additional information. The Guide has instructions for creating an account and performing a search. If you have an account, please log in to the Development Center Portal.

Select GENERAL RECORDS for all citywide records including Fire Inspection Reports, Fire Incident Reports, Fire Investigation Reports, Police Administrative records and Police Crime/Incident data.

Select MEDIA REQUESTS for all Media Entity requests.

Select FIRE MEDICAL RECORDS only for EMS Report Requests and Ambulance Billing Statements. Medical Record Release requires a photo ID.

Select POLICE RECORDS for non-media related requests for individual police reports and body camera footage.
