Ongoing Restrictions: September 2024 – December 2025

- Estrella Parkway/Pebblecreek Southbound:
- Right Lane Closed from W McDowell Rd to I-10, Sunday – Friday, from 9PM to 5AM
- I-10 Eastbound off Ramp at Estrella Parkway/Pebblecreek:
- Restricted to single lane, Sunday – Friday, from 9PM to 5AM
- I-10 Westbound off Ramp at Estrella Parkway/Pebblecreek:
- Restricted to single left turn lane, dual right turn lanes, Sunday – Friday, from 9PM to 5AM.
- Estrella Parkway/Pebblecreek Southbound:

Overview
The city of Goodyear is improving a portion of Estrella/PebbleCreek Parkway under the Interstate 10 (I-10) overpass to increase vehicle capacity by adding a second left turn lane and a third thru lane for both northbound and southbound directions.
What to Expect
- Portions of work will take place during nighttime hours as needed.
- No full closures are planned.
- No impact to property access.
- Delays are likely, so travelers should allow extra travel time. Drivers should obey posted signs, speed limits and traffic control devices, and use caution around construction personnel. Alternative routes are recommended when possible.
Project Schedule
Construction is scheduled from late July 2024 to December 2025. Construction will be completed in various phases:

About the Project
The project intersection is located at Estrella Parkway/PebbleCreek and the I-10.
Improvements include:
- Addition of left turn lane, resulting in dual left turn lanes, when traveling south on PebbleCreek Parkway to access eastbound I-10.
- Addition of left turn lane, resulting in dual left turn lanes, when traveling north on Estrella Parkway to access westbound I-10.
- Addition of a through lane traveling north along Estrella Parkway, resulting in 3 through lanes (current conditions are 2 through lanes).
- Addition of a through lane traveling south along PebbleCreek Parkway, resulting in 3 through lanes (current conditions are 2 through lanes).
- Structural improvements at the I-10/Estrella Parkway traffic interchange, including cutting back the existing concrete slopes and installing vertical walls.
- Roosevelt Irrigation District (RID) facility removal and replacement along the east side of Estrella Parkway/PebbleCreek Parkway.
- Traffic signal removal and relocation at Estrella Parkway and PebbleCreek Parkway and the I-10 Ramps.
- Lighting improvements at bridge underdeck.
- Pavement marking and signage.
- Drainage improvements.
- Modification to the raised medians, including landscaping improvements.
