Notice of Public Hearings for the FY2027 Budget and Tax Levy

The Goodyear Community Facilities General District No. 1, the Palm Valley Community Facilities District No. 3, the Goodyear Community Facilities Utilities District No. 1, the Wildflower Ranch Community Facilities District No. 1, the Wildflower Ranch Community Facilities District No. 2, the Cottonflower Community Facilities District, the Estrella Mountain Ranch Community Facilities District, the King Ranch Community Facilities District, the Centerra Community Facilities District, and the Cortina Community Facilities District will hold Public Budget Hearings on June 8, 2026, starting at 5:00 P.M., in the Goodyear City Hall Council Chambers, at 1900 N. Civic Square, Goodyear, Arizona, 85395.

Any taxpayer in any of the above listed Districts may appear and be heard in favor of or against any of the proposed expenditures or tax levies.

The proposed budgets under consideration are available at the City Clerk Office and the Goodyear Branch Library located at 1900 N. Civic Square, Goodyear, Arizona, 85395, and online by clicking on the District names below.
