Important Notice Regarding Online Payments

Effective January 14, 2026, Tyler Payments implemented a new security requirement:

• Billing information must match the details on file with the card-issuing bank.
• This requirement was not in place prior to January 14, 2026.
• Any stored card information that does not match the bank’s records will result in a declined payment, even if the card worked before the change.
• Customers must update their stored card information to ensure successful transactions.
• This change was introduced to reduce fraudulent activity and enhance payment security.
