The Goodyear Police Youth Cadet Program is designed for young men and women ages 14 to 20 who are interested in personal growth, leadership development, and learning more about a career in law enforcement. Through this program, participants gain valuable experience, build character, and develop skills while working closely with the Goodyear Police Department.
Program Goals
Requirements
- High school students must remain enrolled until graduation
- Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA (C average) in all classes
- Graduates are encouraged to continue their education through college courses
- Exhibit good moral character and a genuine willingness to serve and participate
