Trespass Enforcement Program

F7881-ARS-trespassing-sign

The Trespass Enforcement Program is a written agreement between a property owner/management company and the Goodyear Police Department. This agreement allows officers to trespass subjects from the property in their absence.

For example, if officers contact an individual on your property after hours and you have both and active Trespass Authorization on file and posted No Trespassing signs, officers can trespass the individual on your behalf, with no action from you.
