More than three thousand randomly selected households in Goodyear were asked to complete the 2018 Goodyear Citizen Satisfaction Survey. Those residents first received a yellow postcard in the mail in late March, followed by the survey a week later.
Results were tabulated and presented to the public at a Goodyear City Council meeting on September 24, 2018.
This is the third time the city of Goodyear has conducted The National Citizen SurveyTM since 2014. The survey helps the city to determine what services are performed well and where the city can improve. In the past, Council and management have utilized the results to make improvements to city services, and add new programs and services requested by residents.
