Help for Renters

Governor Doug Ducey filed an executive order allowing for tenants to request postponement of eviction enforcement for 120 days due to COVID-19. 

• Here are some tips and a form to request postponement for eviction for renters in English and Spanish from Community Legal Services, a non-profit providing legal assistance.
• The AZ Department of Housing is providing rental assistance and rental eviction prevention assistance to qualifying tenants impacted by COVID-19.
